The rooms were wonderful and cozy, the view was amazing! the bed was quiet, the pool area was good. the location was awesome, relatively near a best-preserved castle.

Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff.
Having stayed at the hotel in 2009, I regret to say , that the "Administration" is now concentrating on the "Week-End Masses" and disregarding the longer stay visitors, many of whom as I could hear and see, will no longer come to Kuressaare because of this. The staff all work extremely hard, and do their best, but the atmosphere which I experienced previously has gone. As for me , it is an emotional visit to the town I was born in, and I will return, but I will be an exception. The Finns and Swedes will NOT. Administrator, please note: Money is not everything, the homely human touch has gone.

The pool area is very clean too. Satisfactory breakfast, good choice of options available. Stunning and magnificent location with AMAZING views and close enough to the castle and the city center, the seashore, and sea and castle.

Big and cheap room itself with a fridge and castle view, for instance. Location just off the old town's restaurants, the Kuressaare Castle, and a beach.
There was no entertainment.

The breakfast was satisfactory with a nice view and had something for everyone. the staff was very helpful and competent, taking good care of everyone. - the property was in a marvelous location, so close to Kurressare castle and the park area. It was also in the center of the center.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities and activities that are perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, and the comfortable beds provided us with a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and we appreciated that they had lactose-free and plant-based milk available. The recently renovated spa was a real highlight for us, and we loved relaxing and unwinding in the tranquil atmosphere. The sea view from our room was breathtaking, and the large parking lot made it convenient for our family. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities and entertainment options.

Great spot to relax with friendly staff and amazing views of the castle and the shoreline. the room is spacious and comfy, with a large bed for a good night's sleep. Plus, they've got smoke detectors for added safety! 🏰

There was quite impolite woman with short blonde hair in reception at 29th of August.

I loved the sea view and it was very quiet and close to the city.
The rooms facing the water get a lot of direct sun which is glary and hot and those rooms really need heavier curtains. This is necessary also at night for people who aren't used to light..The room didn't have the usual tea making facilities like cups and electric kettle but the hotel supplied it when i asked. I booked online so paid 65euros for the room for one person and I thought that was very expensive, compared to other places I've stayed. But maybe because it was a late booking.

The breakfast here is enjoyable, with a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, and you can also enjoy a nice view; it's conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport and close to the sea and an ancient castle.
